Kevin McGrath leads Penfield’s recruiting practice in the areas of Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Market Access and Pricing. He has 18 years of experience specializing in these disciplines and has an intimate knowledge of both the candidate landscape and trends that are occurring within this space around the industry. Kevin prides himself on providing sound guidance to candidates as they build their careers and competitive intelligence to clients to ensure they are positioned to attract and retain top talent. Prior to joining Penfield as a Partner in 2014, Kevin worked with Smith Hanley Associates and its parent company inVentiv Health. He has a BA in History from Princeton University.
